ALBA TPC repudiated Israeli bombings against civilians in Lebanon

The Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America - Peoples' Trade Agreement (ALBA-TCP), rejected in a statement Israel's latest bombings of Lebanon.

The member countries of ALBA call for the comprehensive rejection of Israeli atrocities by the entire international community and social movements.

They also denounce the impunity enjoyed by Israel, despite its criminal approach and the complicity of the United States government in the conflict.

The agency described the war as “an unprecedented war” and warned that these attacks have ended the lives of Lebanese children, women and men, oblivious to the nature of the conflict.

The ALBA TPC accused the Israeli army of “brutally” attacking the people of Lebanon and unleashing a war in the Middle East.

“For Israel's Zionist elite, the destruction of Gaza and the genocide of the Palestinian people have not been enough,” the international body says in the text.
