The National Assembly (AN) is moving forward in the debate on the Partial Reform of the Law for the Promotion and Development of New Enterprises, in order to seek to improve the legal conditions of entrepreneurs and extend formal registration to three years.
This was reported by the second vice-president of the AN, Deputy América Pérez, during the National Public Consultation of the reform project that took place this Wednesday, August 21, in the Protocol Chamber of the Federal Legislative Palace.
In a press release published on the AN website, he reaffirmed that the initiative was proposed by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, so that entrepreneurs who have projects and are registered in the National Register of Entrepreneurs can be protected by the State during the process of adaptation and formal registration of the incorporation of companies.
“The idea is for entrepreneurs to establish themselves, access funding and develop, so that, later, they enter the institutional formality, through a legal figure that allows them to expand the necessary spaces and their initiatives prosper,” he said.
Last Thursday, August 15, Deputy Pérez specified during the first discussion of the above-mentioned Reform Project, that to date there are 1.5 million 500 thousand entrepreneurs registered in the Entrepreneur Together program.
“They are people who believe and hope in the sustained recovery of the Venezuelan economy,” he said.
