AN authorized the deputy Willian Gil to leave office to fulfill functions as vice-minister

The National Assembly (AN) authorized Deputy Willian Gil (PSUV/Lara) to temporarily detach himself from office to serve as Deputy Minister of Facilities and Logistics of the Ministry of Popular Power for Education and president of the Foundation for Buildings and Educational Endowments (FEDE).

It should be noted that, to date, the assemblyman held the chairmanship of the Permanent Comptroller's Committee. It became known that his appointment as Deputy Minister took place on November 5.

The parliamentarian, who is a civil engineer by profession, will have the responsibility to transform and attend to the physical structure of the country's educational establishments.

The announcement of this appointment was made by the president of the AN, deputy Jorge Rodríguez, (Dtto.Capital), which was approved by the parliamentary plenary in accordance with the provisions of article 187 number 20 of the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela (CRBV).

Rodríguez, congratulated and wished Gil success for the new mission in the education sector.
