AN authorizes temporary separation from office to deputies who assume ministries

This Thursday, the National Assembly (AN) authorized the temporary separation of their offices to deputies Diosdado Cabello (PSUV/Monagas), Ricardo Sánchez (AC/Nacional), Arnaldo Sánchez (PSUV/Mérida), and Grecia Colmenares (PSUV/Táchira), who assumed ministerial responsibilities.

The parliamentarians greeted their colleagues, who will henceforth be members of the government cabinet, such as Diosdado Cabello in the Ministry of Popular Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace; Ricardo Sánchez, in University Education; Arnaldo Sánchez, in Sports; and in Youth, Grecia Colmenares.

It should be noted that last Tuesday, the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, renewed half of his Executive Cabinet, where these deputies assumed the following positions:

Diosdado Cabello - Minister of People's Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace and Sectorial Vice President, Political Sovereignty, Security and Peace.

Ricardo Sánchez -Minister of the People's Power for University Education.

Arnaldo Sánchez — Minister of Popular Power for Sports.

Grecia Colmenares — Minister of People's Power for Youth.

For his part, the president of the National Assembly (AN), Deputy Jorge Rodríguez, congratulated the four parliamentarians who assumed responsibilities as ministers of the executive cabinet.

This was stated during the extraordinary session this Thursday. “We wish success and from here we send a big hug to our dear and dear companions who have been honored with the appointment as ministers by President Nicolás Maduro Moros, and we offer them applause and congratulations.”
