AN celebrates enactment of the Leasing Act by the President in Charge

The president of the National Assembly (AN), Jorge Rodríguez, celebrated this Friday the enactment of the Law on the Special Leasing Regime by the president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez.
Through his Telegram channel, the head of Parliament stressed that this action was carried out “with the firm objective of adding more housing to the rental market and meeting the needs of the people after the double earthquake”.
“From the Legislative Branch, we appreciate this step to protect and guarantee the right to housing,” said the deputy, who accompanied the president in charge of launching a subsidised financing plan with Condominium Boards in the Sucre municipality of Miranda state.
