Apure Bolivarian Government restored emblematic Casa de Bolívar

The Bolivarian Government of the Apure state handed over the completely rehabilitated Casa de Bolívar, located in San Fernando de Apure, as part of the actions to preserve this building declared Historical Heritage of the state in 1973.

According to information from Venezolana de Televisión, the tasks included the repair of ceilings and walls, the renovation of the electrical system and the installation of new luminaires, with the objective of ensuring the conservation of the building.

The governor of Apure, Wilmer Rodríguez, stressed that the space, headquarters of the Bolivarian Society and the Chroniclers of the state and San Fernando, is once again available for activities related to history and regional identity.

With its reopening, the authorities seek to strengthen the preservation and dissemination of the historical and cultural heritage of Apure.
