Argentinian university students are holding protests demanding to block the president, Javier Milei,'s veto of the university funding bill.

The newspaper Perfil reported, quoted by Tass, that students blocked the entrances to the buildings of at least 12 faculties of several institutes.

From Buenos Aires, demonstrations are taking place in front of Congress, where the deputies are studying the bill rejected by the Executive.

The proposal must have the support of two-thirds of legislators in both houses of the Legislature to override a presidential veto.
