Arreaza on Edmundo and Almagro: Faithful puppies and wage earners of imperialism

The executive secretary of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America - Peoples' Trade Agreement (ALBA-TCP), Jorge Arreaza, described as lap dogs and wage earners of imperialism the fugitive of justice, Edmundo González, and the Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), Luis Almagro, regarding the meeting held between this pair of characters.
