Authorities assess damage after rainfall in Táchira

The Sectorial Vice President of Public Works and Services, Juan José Ramírez, carried out an inspection of the damages in the municipalities of Cárdenas, Capacho and San Cristóbal, in the state of Táchira as a result of the recent rains that occurred in the Andean entity.

In this regard, the authorities verified damage to homes, edge faults, collapse of drains and floods in various areas of the Andean state. Under the instructions of the President in charge Delcy Rodríguez, the authorities defined a comprehensive work plan to respond quickly and provide peace of mind and protection to the population of Tachirense.

During the event, the governor of the state of Táchira, Freddy Bernal, the mayor of the San Cristóbal municipality, Silfrido Zambrano, the mayor of Capacho Luis María Mendoza and the mayor of the Cárdenas municipality Marta Rosa Gallo were present .
