Authorities evaluate strategies to strengthen citizen security through the Peace Quadrants

National Government authorities held a coordination meeting with the directors of the state and municipal police forces and the Bolivarian National Police (PNB) in the theater of the Academy of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB).

The activity was attended by the Deputy Minister of Prevention, Public Security and Peace Quadrants, G/D Endes Palencia, and the Deputy Minister of the Integrated Police System, M/G Elio Estrada.

During the day, Palencia explained the adaptation of the Peace Quadrants to communal circuits and specified guidelines for preventive and interactive patrolling, with the objective of optimizing vehicle flow on urban and suburban roads in the country.

Officials also noted the decrease in crime rates in the national territory thanks to the effectiveness of police deployment. These actions are part of strengthening the Great Quadrants of Peace Mission.
