Barlovento recorded 100% hotel occupancy during the 2024 carnivals

The Brión municipality of Miranda state, on the Barlovento axis, registered 100% hotel occupancy, reported during the 2024 carnivals.
According to information issued by the Government, the Secretary of Tourism of the Government, Lorena Lin, “Barlovento has been one of the most visited axes during these carnivals”.
In the company of the commander of the state's Integral Defense Zone (ZODI), Carlos Aigster; and Mayor Yohan Ponce, Lin emphasized that “Miranda offers diverse tourism, we have mountains, beaches, adventure, gastronomy (...) The recreation and sports festival is also active throughout the entity.”
As for security, the mayor indicated that it was guaranteed in Brión and throughout the region through the different bodies arranged for this purpose.
