The Belgian Anti-Fascist International celebrated the electoral victory won by the Great Patriotic Pole Simon Bolivar (GPPSB), in the elections held this Sunday, May 25.

In a statement, the International assured that “the Venezuelan people gave a new demonstration of courage and anti-imperialist and sovereign dignity” by speaking out “in favor of the GPPSB candidates and were granted 23 of the 24 governorships. This resounding triumph of the GPPSB consolidates the Bolivarian Revolution and opens new paths to continue advancing in the construction of Bolivarian Socialism.”

With regard to, he pointed out that “the silence that the major media at the service of capitalism and imperialism have kept in the face of this new and successful electoral event in Venezuela is shameful.”

“The International Anti-Fascist Chapter of Belgium is pleased with this resounding victory, which reaffirms that the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela is following an independence and libertarian path, which serves as an example for all peoples of the world,” the statement reads.
