The sectoral vice-presidency of Science, Technology, Education and Health, Gabriela Jiménez, held a meeting with various leaders of the health sector, both public and private.
“As part of the Plan for Health and Life 2026 and following the instruction of our president in charge, Delcy Rodríguez, we have established a strategic alliance of co-responsibility that will allow us to strengthen the installed capacities of private clinics serving the people,” Jiménez explained through a publication on his Telegram channel.
He asserted that through the new Social Fund, designed by the President in Charge to protect the Venezuelan family, “we will guarantee the necessary resources” to settle the national surgical debt in an efficient and humane way.
He emphasized that this union of wills has a clear mission: to prioritize immediate care in vital areas such as cardiology, neurosurgery, traumatology and ophthalmology.
“Together, the public and private sectors, we are overcoming economic restrictions and demonstrating that, when it comes to the health and life of Venezuelans, there are no barriers, only an immense commitment to serve,” he added.
