Bolivarian Government and World Bank held a meeting to evaluate reconstruction after earthquakes

The president of the Great Venezuela Renace Mission, Jacqueline Faria, reported that a working meeting was held with World Bank specialists who accompany the Post-Disaster Needs Assessment (PDNA).

Faria explained that the team presented the capacities and territorial scope of the Venezuela Renace Foundation in the post-earthquake phase, thus exposing active fronts, coordination mechanisms with communities and advances in the rehabilitation of priority infrastructure.

“During the meeting, experiences were exchanged on reconstruction, risk management and resilience,” Faria said from her Telegram channel.

He also noted that the technical presentation made it possible to identify possible spaces for future articulation with the international organization, in order to strengthen national capacities and consolidate strategies for sustained recovery in the affected territories.
