The Bolivarian Government, in a reaffirmation of its commitment to the Venezuelan working class, this Monday, January 19, provided 90 decent homes to the workers of the Venezuelan Corporation of Guyana (CVG), as part of the Workers' City program that it promotes in the state of Bolivar.
The President in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, stressed that all the materials used in the construction of multifamily housing for CVG workers are domestically produced.
In her speech, the governor of the entity, Yulisbeth García, together with the Minister of Popular Power for Habitat and Housing, Raúl Paredes, stressed that “today the working class of Guyana is present with love and commitment. That admirable challenge of this 2026 is demonstrated by love and working force, with the love and strength of the Orinoco and the Caroní”.
This was stated on a television show, at a working meeting at the Miraflores Palace, with the Mining and Basic Industries Engine, led by the president in charge of the Republic.
García pointed out that these new homes represent more than a roof; they are the symbol of the dream come true for more than 90 Venezuelan families who today have a decent home.
“Today is a sign of that love and revolutionary commitment, of what President Nicolás Maduro Moros, on May 1st, committed himself to creating, the beautiful working class city, and today the president in charge, Delcy Rodríguez, fulfilling that admirable challenge,” he emphasized.
For his part, Minister Raúl Paredes said that the people are happy and happy, because the working class is receiving package housing with an extraordinary quality and finish, built by themselves and in record time.
In addition, he highlighted that these buildings have the Human Cities for Good Living Plan, which includes “two playgrounds, roads, guaranteed public services, sports fields so that the whole working-class family feels in the best way.”
Paredes highlighted that the materials for the construction came from the same state of Bolívar, which strengthens the local economy and shows that Venezuela has everything to continue building its future.
