This Tuesday, April 15, the Bolivarian Government inaugurated in Petare the first Community Winery in the “Cerritos Unidos Por Chávez Siempre” Commune of Petare Sur.

The activity was led by the deputy Pedro Infante, who was appointed supreme head of the Antonio José de Sucre Plan.

The information was released by Infante, through a post on his account on the social network Instagram, in which he noted that it is expected to have two communal wineries for each communal circuit in the area in order to guarantee the community products at affordable prices.

“In the Sucre municipality, we are designing a plan that can articulate in each of the 90 communes or communal circuits the creation, implementation and strengthening of the Community Winery Plan, we are talking about at least two wineries for each of these communes, we are talking about the communal pharmacy, which can guarantee access to medicines at the best market prices for our people,” he said.

Infante specified that the number one transformation is economic and has to do with large projects, companies, public banks and communes.

He emphasized that the Antonio José de Sucre Plan proposes developing tourist circuits, in addition to the communal savings system, to strengthen all productive dynamics. “It's about strengthening the entire material base that supports the development of the Homeland Plan,” he said.

The popular power was present at the event, as well as the Minister of Popular Power for Commerce, Luis Villegas, the mayor Diógenes Lara and the governor Elio Serrano.
