Bolivarian Government inaugurates coastal strip in Ocumare de la Costa de Oro de Aragua

Through teamwork at different levels of the Bolivarian Government, the coastal strip was inaugurated in the town of Ocumare de la Costa de Oro in Aragua.
This is a walk that has an acoustic shell, public toilets, boulevard del Malecón and sports fields in the El Playón sector, which will be for the benefit and enjoyment of local residents and tourists.
The governor of the state of Aragua, Karina Carpio, was present at the opening ceremony together with Wilmer Leal, mayor of the municipality and authorities of the tourism sector, where she highlighted the importance of these works for the tourism and economic development of the region. “During this first quarter of the year, we have carried out major works and it is in the Ocumare de la Costa municipality that we have put a lot of effort into providing quality. We are inaugurating our Acoustic Shell (...) It's amazing how the people came together to enjoy themselves,” he said.
He added that “with this project we recovered the Malecón de El Playón, we illuminated it, we did a beautiful landscape which we urge to take care of and preserve these works so that they last over time”.
