Bolivarian Government inaugurates first National Choco Art Salon in Maracay

From October 21 to 25, the Municipal Art Gallery of Maracay in the state of Aragua will host the first National Choco Art Salon, where the creative ingenuity of the men and women who are dedicated to processing this ancient fruit, and then turning it into wonderful works of art made of exquisite chocolate.

This is a representation of art like never seen before, showing works by 11 chocolate artists, made with cacao from Aragua, from the coastal parishes, Choroní and Chuao, a regional press release reported that the activity has the support of the regional government through the secretariats of culture and tourism.

In addition to the chocolate sculptures, there is also a photographic and poetry exhibition referring to the entire process of cultivation, processing and the cultural heritage that encompasses Venezuelan cacao, a wonderful product considered worldwide as one of the best in the world.
