The Bolivarian Government made official in the Official Gazette of the Republic, the resolution establishing the regulation of the “Easy Postal Export” service.

In the Official Gazette number 42,942 dated August 15, the regulations indicate that the purpose of this Joint Resolution is to establish procedures for the export of products from entrepreneurs, micro, small and medium-sized entrepreneurs, actors of the popular economy, solidarity and artisans in the country.

The purpose is to facilitate a simple, safe and fast procedure for the departure of goods by post, in accordance with the national and international regulations that regulate it.

The Bolivarian Government defines “Easy Postal Export” as an export mechanism by post, through the operating platform of the Telegraphic Postal Institute of Venezuela (IPOSTEL) or another operator duly authorized and authorized to provide this service, which will be carried out through the Single Window for Foreign Trade (VUCE).

The “Easy Postal Export” will streamline the operations and logistics of shipments containing the exporter's merchandise, through access to the international market, to contribute to the competitiveness of Venezuelan products for the benefit of the country's economy.

This activity will be carried out under the modalities of: land, cross-border, maritime, air and river transport.

The Vice-Ministry for Foreign Trade and Investment Promotion of the Ministry of People's Power of Economy, Finance and Foreign Trade and IPOSTEL, attached to the Ministry of People's Power for Transport, shall ensure compliance with this instrument by the Postal Operator and the exporter subject to the “Easy Postal Export”.
