The Bolivarian Government of Falcón State handed over the rehabilitation of the Romulo Farías de Mene Mauroa Type I Hospital, after its physical transformation and provision of equipment and supplies necessary to reactivate essential medical services.
In this regard, the regional president, Victor Clark, specified that “Mauroenses will no longer have the need to go to Maracaibo or another city to attend to their health issues, we must highlight the leading participation of popular power to achieve this reality that restores all capacities, in order to guarantee first-class care to the population”.
In this regard, it became known that after the rehabilitation of the hospital, carried out by the Government of Falcón and the Military Community Brigades (BRICOMILES), there are now operating rooms, laboratory, X-ray, delivery room, dental unit, emergency, hospitalization with more than 12 beds and the activation of outpatient clinics in specialties such as internal medicine, pediatology, gerontology, among others.
According to information published on the web portal of the newspaper Última Noticias (UN), it is a work that directly impacts more than 1,200 inhabitants of Mene Mauroa and surrounding communities.
