Bolivarian Government of the state of Zulia, led by Luis Caldera, through
the Cayapa Health Plan 2025, reactivated the tomograph of the General Rafael Urdaneta High Technology Diagnostic
Medical Center, in San Jacinto.
According to the publication of the YVKE Mundial web portal, this team had been
paralyzed for seven months and this Saturday, June 21, it was
reactivated thanks to the Caldera government plan.
In addition, the reactivation of the clinical laboratory, the X-ray service and the
mammography service
was achieved, “we are still working for Zulia, on a health Saturday at this High Technology
Center, providing answers with the Cayapa Health Plan,”
