Bolivarian Government paved 9 kilometers of the Caracas-La Guaira highway

The Minister of Popular Power for Transportation, Ramón Velásquez Araguayán, announced through his Instagram account that the repair work on the Caracas - La Guaira Highway is progressing at a good pace, with the installation of 28,750 tons of asphalt on a nine-kilometer stretch of road.
In this way, the person in charge of quality control and assurance of the Ministry of Transport, Pedro Pantoja, explained that comprehensive maintenance work on the highway has reached 30% progress. “This effort is part of an initiative of the Bolivarian Government to improve mobility and ensure the safety of drivers who travel along this important road to the Central Coast.”
He also stressed the importance of these works to improve road infrastructure and meet the needs of drivers, while reiterating that the rehabilitation of the highway will continue completely.
The team from the Ministry of Popular Power for Transportation indicated that the partial closure of the Caracas - La Guaira Highway is being partially closed from 9:00 at night to 5:00 in the morning, and a counterflow channel will be set up, with the objective of allowing road traffic and ensuring the mobility of drivers.
