The Bolivarian Government, through the telecommunications company CANTV, guarantees access, democratization and continuity of telecommunications services in the states of Nueva Esparta, Bolívar and Trujillo, through direct attention to reports made by the people through the VenApp of the 1×10 Good Government.

In the state of Nueva Esparta, technical crews provided a timely response to incidents registered by residents of the García municipality, progressively restoring connectivity services in the Villa Rosa, Conuco Viejo and Villas de San Antonio communities, according to a press release from CANTV.

In Bolívar, they answered reports made through the 1×10 of Good Governance in the Catedral and Vista Hermosa parishes, in Ciudad Bolívar, contributing to the stability of services in this important area of the south of the country.

On the other hand, during 2025, in the state of Trujillo, CANTV responded to more than 9,690 requirements managed by users, ensuring connectivity in homes, businesses and institutions of the entity.

These tasks consolidate the company's commitment to strengthening telecommunications infrastructure and providing direct attention to the needs of the Trujillo people.

These policies promoted by the Bolivarian Government guarantee the right to telecommunications and to development towards an increasingly connected, productive and sovereign Venezuela in the field of information and communication technologies.
