Bolivarian Government validates two tourist routes in Boca de Uchire

The San Juan de Capistrano municipality in the state of Anzoátegui received official validation of two new tourist routes from the Ministry of Popular Power for Tourism: Caribbean Isthmus, Sun and Beach and the natural attraction of the La Tigra dam.

This initiative consolidates the entity's leadership as a national tourist destination and responds to a strategy focused on sustainable development and the diversification of regional supply .

The award of the accreditations was led by the Deputy Minister of National Tourism, Braian Vargas, and the state's single tourism authority, Doryel Salazar, who granted the recognition to the mayor of the municipality, Alexander Naser.

These new routes make it possible to promote local tourism through authentic experiences that connect the visitor to the natural, historical and cultural wealth of the region. The Caribbean Isthmus offers paradisiacal sun and beach settings, while the La Tigra dam stands out as a natural attraction, ideal for ecotourism and landscape contemplation, according to a regional press release.
