Bolivian Foreign Minister honors Liberator Simon Bolivar in Caracas

At the beginning of the agenda of her official visit to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, Celinda Sosa, honored Liberator Simon Bolivar this Friday with a floral offering before the sarcophagus that keeps his mortal remains in the National Pantheon, in Caracas.
The solemn ceremony took place in the Mausoleum of the Liberator and was attended by the Deputy Minister for Latin America of the Ministry of Popular Power for Foreign Affairs, Rander Peña; the Bolivian ambassador accredited to Venezuela, Sebastián Michel and other representatives of the Bolivian diplomatic corps accredited to the country.
The Bolivian Foreign Minister arrived in Venezuela this Thursday, as part of a tour undertaken to strengthen relations in the context of People's Diplomacy for Life. Her first stopover took place in Havana - Cuba, where she was received by President Miguel Díaz-Canel and also held a meeting with his counterpart, Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla.
From the island nation, the diplomat reiterated “the anti-patriarchal nature” of her government, while assuring that the orientation of her people's policies is aimed at “the consolidation of a process of national liberation with industrialization, in balance with Mother Earth”.
Later, he visited Nicaragua, where he held meetings with authorities of this nation, including the President of the Parliament, Gustavo Porras. In this Central American country, he highlighted the importance of alliances for the defense of revolutionary processes.
