Bravos de Margarita dominated Navegantes del Magallanes and took away the top (+LVBP)

At the José Bernardo Pérez Stadium in Valencia, Bravos de Margarita beat Navegantes del Magallanes 4-3 in 10 innings.

Pitcher Werner Leal won and Carlos Navas scored his second save of the nascent campaign. While Luis Martínez bore the defeat.

With this victory, Bravos goes on to lead the standings of the Venezuelan Professional Baseball League (LVBP) with a record of 2-1, followed by the electric players (2-2) in the middle of the game.

This Tuesday, the islanders arrive in Maracaibo to face Águilas del Zulia, in the first of a series of two matches at the Luis Aparicio El Grande Stadium.
