BRICOMILES have recovered 65 schools in Portuguesa

The Military Community Brigades (BRICOMILES) have recovered 65 educational institutions in the Portuguese state, including Simonitos, schools, high schools and technical schools.

According to a note released by the Venezuelan News Agency (AVN), campuses were prioritized for civic-military action to address and resolve the needs and problems that the communities themselves reported in the VenApp.

The Government of Portuguesa reported that the works for the recovery include the waterproofing of roofs, the installation of new bathroom batteries, the painting and lighting of internal and external areas and other repairs at the level of service networks.

In addition to this batch of infrastructures, 14 educational institutions have received comprehensive repairs and improvements in Portuguese through the One Heart for Your School plan, an initiative carried out by the Regional Executive to contribute to the adaptation and consolidation of the physical plant at the different levels of the education system.
