Deputy
Richard Burgon, a member of the British Labor Party for Leeds East, visited
the Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in London to convey
his condolences and pay tribute to the heroes who died on January 3 during the military attacks carried out by the United States (USA) against
the South American country.
During the
visit, the Venezuelan Diplomatic Mission conveyed the gratitude of the People
and Government of Venezuela to Burgon and to all the members of the
British Parliament who have joined the Declaration denouncing imperial aggression
against the Bolivarian nation, the Embassy says in its account X.
Burgon joins
the voices of the world that have expressed their solidarity with Venezuela in the face of the U.S.
violation of international law and the kidnapping of President
Nicolás Maduro and the first lady Cilia Flores.
