During the Long March in celebration of the Victory of 25M, Diosdado Cabello pointed out that this election marked a turning point in the political history of Venezuela, demonstrating the will for peace and rejection of fascism on the part of the Venezuelan people.

“The 25M is a turning point, if they (the extreme right) don't understand it and don't prepare, the brand for them will be failure,” he emphasized.

The Secretary General of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) recalled that, contrary to what the People demanded, opposition extremism dedicated itself to designing terrorist plans in order to prevent elections from taking place.

“What they were trying for the 25th was for people to never vote again and we did everything necessary so that the People will vote and the People voted decisively, demonstrating that they want to live in peace, in tranquility,” he said.
