Cabello: 64% of the captured guarimberos did not vote on 28J or are not registered with the CNE

Diosdado Cabello, during his Con El Mazo Dando program, indicated that those captured in vandalism, after learning the results of the July 28 elections, were victims of their own desire for prominence by showing their faces or identifying features in their photos or videos on social networks.

“Through publicity, it is being reversed right now,” said the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela, who congratulated the State security forces for having identified and captured those who knocked down statues, burned hospitals and carried out looting.

He indicated that 64% of those captured did not vote on July 28 or are not registered with the National Electoral Council.
