After President Nicolás Maduro Moros attended the BRICS Summit, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), highlighted the recognition that the president received in the Russian Federation during the Summit.

During the press conference of the National Directorate, this Monday, Cabello highlighted the importance of “recognizing Nicolás Maduro as Constitutional President of the Republic, elected and in office” and added that in January the world will see him and Venezuela will continue to be a territory of peace.”

“Those who are inventing be very careful with inventions because they can be very expensive,” warned the first vice-president of the PSUV.

In this regard, he stressed that “justice is here to stay, the impunity they play has ended, the impunity they play is what the 'political prisoners' have right now and we have been giving forgiveness, forgiveness”.

“During the guarimba they used (the far right) children, now they go around with their stories... There will be no impunity! We will go ahead with the judgments that need to be made, the Attorney General's Office, the powers acting, the judiciary and the State,” said Cabello.
