Diosdado Cabello Rondón highlighted the unity of the Venezuelan people around the demand for the release of the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro and the first female fighter, Cilia Flores, after the kidnapping of the presidential couple during the military aggression of North American imperialism against the nation.
In this regard, he stressed that throughout the week there have been mobilizations, “the Party (PSUV), the Great Patriotic Pole (GPP), and Venezuelans, social movements, other than Chavista, join the marches.”
The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) stressed that “I have met more than one who says: look I'm not Chavista, but I'm going to march because I demand that Venezuela be respected.”
“This town, every day they have marched. Today there were grandparents and grandmothers, the elderly on the street demanding the return of Nicolás and Cilia,” he said on his show Con El Mazo Dando, broadcast number 559.
He emphasized that “this people know where they come from, we know where we are going, we know what we are made of and who we are facing. We know how to fight.”
