Cabello: El Pueblo is always well received at the Miraflores Palace

The first vice-president
of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV),
Diosdado Cabello Rondón, assured that since the arrival of Commander Hugo Chávez, “the People are always welcome at
the Miraflores Palace.”
During the mobilization,
one month after the victory of President Nicolás Maduro, Cabello Rondón indicated
that in the Fourth Republic “that palace was for the elites, before
that palace was like Teresa Carreño (theater) the Peoples
did not enter (...) because they never believed in culture for the People, the Revolution left those spaces open and they will never return at
the hands of
the oligarchy of the exclusionary right”.
Regarding his appointment
as Minister of People's Power for Internal Relations, Justice and
Peace, he specified that one of the priorities is the consolidation and
maintenance of peace, which is “the fundamental reason, what our people are asking for
in the street is peace and we are going to work (...) when the Revolution calls
you to whatever responsibility it is, that's where we must go”.
