Cabello: If the results were the other way around, the right would have a license to kill

The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, assured that if in the election results last Sunday the opposition had obtained 23 governorships and the Great Patriotic Pole one; the right wing “would have a license to kill”.

In this regard, he specified that the “revolutionary map guarantees peace and tranquility throughout the country”, while highlighting the military, police and popular fusion to dismantle the acts of violence that the extremist right wanted to establish in the country.

Cabello described the victory of the Revolutionary Forces as “a great popular victory” and added that “in politics you win or lose”, not before stressing the importance of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela in the electoral triumph.

“The fact that the Great Patriotic Pole has obtained 82% of the votes and that of that 82% the PSUV is a majority gives us reasons to be happy, to be happy,” he said.
