Cabello: Machado's candidacy was a major fraud operation against a political sector

The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, during his Con El Mazo Dando program, stressed that the presumed presidential candidacy of María Corina Machado represented a scam against the aspirations of the opposition sector.

“Who were they trying to trick by running for a disqualified person and assuring that there would be no elections here if they didn't let Machado participate? But it serves to launch phrases that remain with some followers because I think there is a major fraud operation against a sector in Venezuela,” he stressed.

He recalled that this opposition leader also embezzled those who finance her political aspirations. “If anyone has failed in Venezuela as a politician, it's her,” he said.
