This Monday, December 1, the
general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, described as beautiful the days
of meetings for the formation of the Commands of Integral Bolivarian
Communities (CCBI) that were held on Thursday, Friday and Saturday of last week.
In this regard, during the march for the swearing in
of the CCBI, in Caracas, he highlighted that the National Directorate of the PSUV already has 98% of the records of
47,000 streets. “We have records in hand, with names,
with proposals, with telephones, with addresses for this new structure,” he said.
He specified that it is now time to hold the assemblies
corresponding to the Bolivar-Chávez Battle Units (UBCH), which, as he indicated, will be practically intact according to the voting centers.
“Then comes the most extraordinary leap,
which is to move from the old parish structure to the new structure of the
communes; 5,300 communes throughout Venezuela, for now, seeking to reach the
6,000 that the President instructed,” he said.
He stated that this new structure of the party is to “be prepared for any scenario, if it's about winning elections, we're going to the electoral process; if it's about defending the people on the street, we'll be there; if it's about defending the Homeland, there will be the PSUV, which is the vanguard party.”
