Diosdado Cabello recalled that this Tuesday, November 5, there will be a presidential election in the United States and predicted a difficult scenario in this nation due to the refusal of Donald Trump and Kamala Harris to recognize each other's victory.

“What's going to happen in the United States? Is that what they have there democracy? There is a great danger of a civil war in that country. Whoever wins will not recognize the other's victory and they also threaten each other ( ... )”, he warned.

Faced with this, he added that “they (the United States) have not been able to deal with Venezuela nor can they, they have not been able to with Nicaragua nor will they be able to and the reason is because this is not a problem of the Government but of the peoples and both in Venezuela and in Cuba and Nicaragua the People have remained united and understood that the struggle for freedom is greater than private interests and those of the group.”

The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) pointed out that “if we should learn anything from this, it is that beyond the desire to create an Anti-Fascist World Parliamentary Forum, there is a need to preserve ourselves and promote the unity of the world's parliaments of free peoples.”
