The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, expressed his appreciation to G/J Gustavo González López, for his role as director of the Venezuelan Intelligence Service (SEBIN) and to M/G Iván Rafael Hernández Dala, who headed the General Directorate of Military Counterintelligence (DGCIM).

“I want to take this opportunity to recognize these colleagues for their dedication, for their dedication, for their constant struggle,” he said.

In this regard, at the Mountain Barracks, Cabello, in his 500th Con El Mazo Dando program, highlighted that both soldiers recently handed over the above-mentioned institutions, “they are authentic, Bolivarian, revolutionary soldiers.”

“The right is saying: 'There are those who changed, 'they didn't tell me anything,” he ironized.

He commented that “everything in the Revolution has its time, because 10 years at the head of an institution is enough”, referring to Hernández Dala's management at the head of the DGCIM.

“Sometimes even one day is enough. I was President for five and a quarter hours, that's enough, I didn't see how long Chávez would arrive, that he would come quickly to hand him his coroto,” Cabello recalled.

He also stressed that in the face of the excellent performance and effective actions of the country's Security Agencies, the extremist fascist right attacks them on a permanent basis.
