Cabello on Maria Corina Machado's fake news: She's crazy for us to stop her!

The Minister of Popular Power for Internal Relations Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello, described as “the ridiculousness of ridiculousness” the lie given by the right about the capture of María Corina Machado. “She's crazy that the government captures her,” he said.

In that sense, she stated that “her plan was to tell the world that she had been captured to see what she could lift or what she generated. And it didn't generate anything and that's why he came out with his tail between his legs recording a video saying that it was okay that he had lost his blue wallet”.

The also vice-president of Politics, Public Security and Peace regretted this attempt at fake news and asked the opposition sector to stop lying to their followers and to the world.

“Enough of the lies against the country, against our people. This country wants to live in peace and quiet, if only they would understand that. Unfortunately, the interests behind them are very powerful, it's imperialism and they do what they tell them,” he said.
