Cabello on new arsenal seized: We found 23 sniper rifles of different calibers

The sectoral vice-president of Politics, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, reported that among the new arsenal of explosives seized in Miranda state, they found a total of 23 sniper rifles of different calibers, two shotguns, an automatic rifle-type weapon and ammunition of all calibers.

He also specified that lead ingots were also found, which “are used for the design of the projectile”. At the same time, he noted that a .50 rifle was seized, a totally lethal and lethal weapon used to shoot down helicopters.

He pointed out that the seized .50 rifle also has a telescopic sight and a silencer added. “Weapons experts say they have never seen this before, they shoot with this gun, aim with this sight and no one listens,” he said, noting that there are also 308 and 338 caliber rifles in the material.
