Cabello on relations with the US: Venezuela has always been transparent and we are not hiding anything

This Monday, the general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, during the press conference of the National Directorate of that awning, assured that the governments of Venezuela and the United States (USA) have direct communication.

“Venezuela has always been transparent, always, we are not hiding anything, neither in our discourse nor in our way of speaking,” said Cabello.

In this regard, he stressed that President Nicolás Maduro is keeping the pulse on diplomatic relations with the United States. “The fact that Venezuelans who were in the United States are returning to Venezuela has a lot to do with a direct conversation between the government of (Donald) Trump, through its special envoy for Venezuela.”

“Earlier today I said to them: Someone is lying to President Trump and it's not us. When they tell him that all these (the returnees) are from the Aragua Train, someone is lying because that's not true,” warned the general secretary of the PSUV.

In this regard, he pointed out that the North American nation, through its security agencies, can openly investigate who lies about migrants and the criminal gang, “in order to determine why they are lying, it's not going to be the coyotes behind it.”

He also highlighted that of the first group of returnees (190) from the United States, seven have a history; while of the 177 in the second group, only eight.

In context, people from Mexico who arrived in the country this Monday receive comprehensive care by the government of La Guaira, children are counseled by psychologists as a responsible government.
