Diosdado Cabello condemned the Organization of American States (OAS) coming out to say that it is ready to support a transition process in Venezuela, while keeping silent about the bombing of boats in international waters.

“What has the OAS said about wide-ranging bombings of fishermen or citizens who may or may not be committing crimes? The United States used the death penalty file and the OAS has not even released a statement about that,” questioned the general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), during his Con El Mazo Dando program.

He noted that the OAS has not asked the United States, which is a member of the organization, why it has launched deadly attacks on unidentified boats. “Because the one who pays the salary in the OAS is the United States,” he said.

“They talk about a transition and if we are on the way, but the transition to socialism. It costs but we are doing it,” he said.
