During the broadcast of the Con El Mazo Dando program, the general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, stressed that the action that led to the development of the February 4 Rebellion of February 1992 was “the departure of the comrades to Caracas from the interior of the country.”

“Here in Caracas, some of our colleagues had already mobilized a lot of things and we could no longer turn back, the thing had already happened,” he said.

He recalled a superior who had committed himself to the 4-F fight, “I met him working as a lieutenant in Guri, his colleagues question him; 'What happened to you? ' 'I'm going to change my campaign uniform, I'll be back', and that one didn't come back. 25 years later that character appears giving speeches to La Sayona. Whoever is a traitor is a traitor, today he is in prison!”

“This is not an issue that in the end we are going to try to change the gringos to love us, if that were the case, they would not have wanted to assassinate President Nicolás Maduro, they would not have assassinated Commander Hugo Chávez,” said o.

He also stressed that President Nicolás Maduro has never wavered once in the face of the threat from the United States “here we go, we all enter together and we all leave together, and the way out is victory”.
