The Secretary General of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, this Wednesday, October 08, criticized the Venezuelan church leadership for not pronouncing itself on the murder of fishermen in Caribbean waters by the North American armed forces, as well as against threats and aggressions against Venezuela.

“And why don't the Episcopal Conference, these Zamuros, say anything about the attacks by the United States (USA) on fishing boats or the TPS for 300,000 Venezuelans residing in the United States? They don't say anything about bomb threats against the country, aggressions and persecution of migrants, but they have been trying to link something of the religious faith of a People for years to take political advantage of their group,” he denounced during the Con El Mazo Dando program.

He added that, knowing the case of the 17 recently murdered in the Caribbean, they did not offer a mass for human beings whose identity is still unknown.
