The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, assured that the haters looked the other way when they saw a Venezuelan migrant.
This was stated in its program this Wednesday, February 12, by Con El Mazo Dando, in which it added that the compatriots who arrived in the country last Monday received “a supportive embrace, which is not denied to any colleague wherever they are and in whatever situation they are”
He specified that “beyond those who arrived in the country and have outstanding accounts with the justice system, these comrades arrived full of hope to start over with their families.” Cabello took the opportunity to mention that previously the police authorities dismantled a gang that even had the seals of public institutions and security agencies that negotiated the sale of false documents that “attested to prosecution for any crime and even arrest warrants (...) They delivered them and they cost money.”
He added that “those who criticize have done nothing for migrants but criticize them and say that they are all members of the Aragua Train. I repeat, of those 190 that arrived, none were linked to that criminal organization. There are 17 of them with outstanding accounts and they are elsewhere.”
He added that the rest of the compatriots returning to the country “when they arrived here we already had the situation of each one and now they are being treated. Some of them came down in wheelchairs or with injuries and we treated them, so that now they come out to say that we brought them in handcuffs. Those informants, who are they hurting? To the Revolution? No, that doesn't hurt him.”
Cabello asserted that “we arrived with Chávez, we are still with Nicolás and from here no one will change us. We have only one path”
