Cabello: The Independence Plan 200 is active throughout Venezuela and mobilizations are taking place

The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, said that the Independence Plan 200 is active throughout Venezuela and partial mobilizations are taking place, state by state.

“What we are doing is a partial mobilization by state, carrying out exercises to deploy, review, check weak points, approach routes, basic services, service stations and electrical stations, to ensure their operation, as well as transportation, schools, hospitals, in case of conflict,” said Cabello Rondón, during the press conference of the National Directorate of the PSUV.

He also stressed that the Bolivarian Militia is deployed with its secret mobilization, equipment, transportation and personnel plans.

The general secretary of the PSUV recalled that the operations of the Integral Defense Management Bodies (ODDI) have already been checked in La Guaira, Carabobo, Zulia, Falcón, Aragua, Anzoátegui, Monagas and Bolívar.
