Cabello: The most relevant thing that is happening is the empowerment of Popular Power

The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, asserted that the most important thing that is happening today is the empowerment of Popular Power.
“Nowadays, the nation's budget is run by communities and not by what a bureaucrat creates from an office,” said Cabello, during the mobilization commemorating the 36th anniversary of February 27, 1989.
He also stressed that today the Venezuelan people have reached such a degree of maturity that they are able to decide, in the Popular Consultation, where they want resources to be invested.
“Venezuela is at peace, it exercises its sovereignty, its independence and that gives us the security of a future in freedom and peace,” he added.
