Cabello: The People's response in defense of the Homeland goes beyond Chavism and political parties

During the activation of the Management Body for Integral Defense (ODDI) in Monagas state, Diosdado Cabello, sector vice president of Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, highlighted the national mobilization in defense of sovereignty as an expression that transcends beyond ideology.

“President Nicolás Maduro has called for office with the responsibility of the office, with the firmness that the moment requires and with the historical legacy of our liberators. The response has been immediate, from a people that goes beyond Chavism, beyond belonging to party A, B or C of the Great Patriotic Pole,” said Cabello.

He emphasized that Venezuelans from different sectors have joined the nation's comprehensive defense, aware of external threats. “Citizens have been incorporated here regardless of militancy, because it's about the homeland, its sovereignty, its independence,” he said.
