During his Con El Mazo Dando program, Diosdado Cabello Rondón said that a significant number of media outlets are concerned about USAID's actions to make a financial cut.

“There are a few media, journalists, longliners, paid people who also call themselves independent press, who were constantly defrauding USAID,” he highlighted in issue number 515, celebrating the 11th Anniversary of space.

In that regard, he said that in the face of recent events related to USAID, “they say today who will be able to defend us.”

“They're not going to defend them, they're going to look for them,” he said.

He added that these media are not in any independent press, so they are “wanderers”.
