Cabello to imperialism: They couldn't handle this decent people who don't give up!

The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, denounced that our country has been the target of multiple attacks by imperialism, which we have faced and defeated thanks to the dignity of this people.

“Venezuela has been the target of all the attacks that anyone can imagine, only the bombs are missing; they wanted to subdue us because of hunger and they couldn't, they wanted to subdue us with medicines, food; they wanted to strangle us economically and they couldn't because this people are a decent people that don't give up to anyone and that is proven by facts,” he said during the Swearing in of Governor Freddy Bernal in Táchira.

In that sense, he recalled how sectors of the Venezuelan extreme right, supported by North American imperialism, unleashed a great media campaign to flood the streets of the state of Táchira and the entire country with violence.

“It's the same empire that decided yesterday to take away the visas of all Venezuelans as students, business visitors, it 's that same empire that gives the order to bomb Palestine and nothing happens,” he criticized.
